We ship almost everywhere in the U.S., but unfortunately can’t ship to Arizona, Alaska, or Hawai‘i.

When your box ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow it on its way. We suggest forwarding this email to gift recipients so they know to expect a package. Don’t worry — we’ll remind you in that email!

🎁 HOW TO GIFT
Brokaw Holiday Boxes make easy, delicious gifts — beautifully wrapped for the holidays and shipping the week of December 8.

✍️ Include a Gift Note
Each Holiday Box comes with a custom card. In your cart, enter your note in the Gift Message field — it appears beneath your recipient’s shipping address and will be included with that box. Keep reading for more info!

📦Sending to One Recipient
1. Add the Holiday Box to your cart.
2. In your cart, check “Is this a gift.”
3. Enter gift info and the gift message that will be printed on their card. Add their email address, so we can share helpful tips on how to enjoy the box; we never share or sell personal information.

📦📦📦 Sending to Multiple Recipients (one order, many addresses)
Send Holiday Boxes to everyone on your list in a single checkout.

1. Add your total quantity of boxes to the cart.

2. In your cart, check “Ship to Multiple Addresses.” The page will refresh and show the multi-ship interface.

3. Click “New Address” — a pop-up will appear for you to enter one recipient’s name, shipping address.

4. After saving that address in the pop-up, select “Continue” to add another address (repeat as needed).

5. **Adjust quantities so the correct number of boxes goes to each address.**

6. Click “Checkout”

7. Select “Is this a gift?” beneath each recipient’s address — and enter gift info and the gift message that will be printed on their card. Add their email address, so we can share helpful tips on how to enjoy the box; we never share or sell personal information.

8. Select “Continue to payment” to complete your order.


📬 After You Order (for single or multiple boxes)
You’ll receive an order confirmation right after checkout.

When your Holiday Box (or boxes) ships during the week of December 8, we’ll email you tracking information. If you’ve sent gifts, forward that tracking to your recipients so they know to expect delivery — we’ll remind you in the tracking email.

Gift Recipients will receive a friendly email on Wednesday, December 10 introducing Brokaw Ranch and sharing tips for savoring their box.
