Here at Brokaw Ranches, we send the best of what is in season. We reserve the right to make substitutions of equal or higher value to your boxes. Unless otherwise stated, shipping is free.
We reserve the right to delay or cancel shipments that cannot be filled for any reason, including inclement weather.
Please check your orders for accuracy. We cannot be responsible for your errors, or delivering to an incorrect address.
If this is a gift, and you did not order a gift card, please contact your giftee as they might be surprised to receive a Brokaw Box out of the blue.
What should I do if my box arrives damaged or the contents are rotten?
We’re so sorry your order didn’t arrive in perfect condition and we want you to be 100% satisfied! If your box is damaged or the contents are rotten, please follow these steps so we can make it right:

Open the box immediately upon receipt.

Take clear photos of the damage or spoiled items.

Email us at Hello@BrokawRanches.com with the photos and a brief description of the issue.
Once we receive your email, we’ll quickly review the situation and either send you a replacement box or issue a refund, depending on your preference.
